Let’s start by saying that your lifestyle will definitely be in for a fabulous change. Cottonwood has become the “home away from home” for many of our members.
We are offering our memberships at market value. Privately owned and operated, an equity membership at Cottonwood is unique and totally safe from any assessments. The terms and conditions of our membership do not allow any assessments for improvements to the club. The prime characteristics of the equity membership is that the membership is transferable in accordance with club rules and regulations and the majority of the sales proceeds are retained by you. Cottonwood offers an equity membership, which can be sold by the owner without restriction with a transfer fee of approximately 10%. Corporate opportunities and yearly memberships are also available, on a limited basis.
The Cottonwood Golf & Country Club is magnificent, the staff is professional, the facilities are first class and the service is outstanding. That’s just the beginning.
